All customers are bound by this Return Policy when shop at tvmart.com.au

1. Please return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days from the day you
received the goods.
2. We offer exchange, direct deposit refund and store credit within 14 days
after receiving the return goods from you.
3. Returned goods must have tags on and in their original packaging, including
all accessories or instalment kit etc.
4. Please provide evidence of purchase, such as invoice, order number or
payment receipt etc.
5. You must notify us via our customer service email online@tvmart.com.au
when making a request for return goods and refund. Please briefly state the
date of purchase, order number and the reason for returning the goods, as
well as your request for money refund, store credit or exchange the goods.
6. You must return the goods at your own cost, and you must follow the
direction and procedure that our staff provide for you. The goods will remain
your responsibility during the transit until we receive the goods. We do not
accept any liability for any loss or damage that may occur during the transit.
7. We do not offer return for the following goods.

  • Lollies, candy and all other confectionary products
  • Salty plums and dry fruit products.
  • Underwear includes sporting underwear.
  • Fashion and beauty products include earrings, necklaces, bracelets and makeup cosmetic products.
  • Goods and items are on clearance or special discounted Sale
